Tattoo Shop Rules

TATTOOS

1) You must be 18 years of age or older to get a Tattoo.

2) Photo ID is required. Drivers license, Military ID, College ID w/ date of birth.

3) If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs....NO Tattoo!

4) Appointments are preferred, walk-ins allowed if we're not too busy.

5) A deposit of $30. is required to make an appointment. This is deducted from the price of your Tattoo.

6) If you have to cancel your appointment, you must call 24hrs in advance, or deposit is forfeited.

7) No call....no show.....you loose the deposit.

BODY PIERCING

1) You must be at least 18 years old, or 16 years old and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

2) Photo ID is required. If under 18 parent and pierce must have photo ID with date of birth. If accompanied by legal guardian, guardian must also have proper documents of guardianship.

3) Piercings do not require an appointment, walk-ins welcome.

Before any Tattoo or Body Piercing is performed you will be required to fill out a standard release form.

On completion of your Tattoo or Body Piercing you will always receive a detailed set of care instructions
